Thank you to all the families that came to parent teacher conferences. I really enjoyed visiting with you about your child's progress throughout the first quarter.
Our fall party will be on Monday, October 31st. The costume parade will begin at 2:00 in the gym. Students may wear their costume to school or bring it to change in to before the parade. Remember no scary masks or props that could be considered weapons. The classroom party will begin around 2:30. Thanks also to all those who brought treats for our fall party.

Reminders
I am really looking forward to visiting with parents at conferences on Wednesday and Thursday. I have lots of information to share about your child!
We will have early dismissals on Wednesday and Thursday at 1:30. On Friday, dismissal time will be 12:30.
2 non-fiction book reports are due on Friday, October 28th.
Please remember to send party treats by Friday.

Reminders
The 3rd and 4th grade music program is Tuesday night. Please have your child in our classroom by 6:45.
The weather is changing! We will go outside for recess everyday as long as it is not raining, snowing, or below 32 degrees. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately and has a coat, hat/hood, and gloves.
A note was sent home today about the new lunch balance policy. Please make sure you read the information carefully.
Don't forget to return TEST ALERTS for the Science benchmark test tomorrow.

Field Trip Fun!
